FJL-660CX Multilayer Plastic Sheet Extruder is developed by taking the advancedtechnology from both home and abroad into consideration on the singlelayer plastic sheet extruder. Lt, applicable in producing multilayer PP, PE and PS sheet, which are used to produce drinking cups, ice-cream cups, yogurt cups, packing boxes and so plastic vessels.
Character of Construction:
1. Screw an cylinder made of 38CrMoAIA have such features as corrosion resistant, wearable and so on, after nitrogen treatment.
2. The good plastic performances of the sheet are guaranteed by the ratio of the length and the diameter.
3. The new design of the filter improves the productivity and make the operation convenient.
